Assessment 2025
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Resort Village of Pasqua Lake for the year 2025 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor at
160 Broadway Street West, Fort Qu’Appelle from:
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
March 3 – May 5, 2025
Pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act, assessment notices have been sent as required.
Any person who wishes to appeal against their assessment or classification is required to file a notice of appeal by May 5, 2025 to the Secretary of the Board of Revision at the address below. The appeal fee of $200 must be provided and payable to the Resort Village of Pasqua Lake, which will be returned if the appeal is successful. Forward appeal packages to:

Simplified appeal process
As of 2025, property owners wishing to appeal their assessment may opt for a simplified appeal process (involving one member of the Board of Revision) as opposed to a regular appeal process (involving three members of the Board of Revision) if the assessed value of the property is $750,000 or less.
2024 Tax Levy
The due date for 2024 property taxes was December 31, 2024.
A 2% interest penalty has been added to all outstanding balances monthly starting January 1, 2025. Properties with arrears may be placed on the List of Lands in Arrears that will be published in the local newspaper.

New Recycling Program
SARCAN depots are now accepting flexible plastics, foam packaging, and non-deposit glass for recycling.
Below are a list of some of the items that can be recycled when they are brought to the SARCAN depot. They should not be recycled through the blue bins collections.
- Flexible plastics: plastic bags, zipper lock pouches, crinkly wrappers and bags, and plastic protective packaging.
- Foam packaging: take-out containers, trays for meat, seafood or vegetables, and protective packaging for electronics or appliances.
- Glass bottles and jars: bottles and jars for olive oil, pickles, jam, etc.
Recycling saves money. The more items that are recycled and kept out of the landfill, the lower the landfill costs to the Resort Village.
