RV Pasqua Lake has new Zoning and Building Bylaws:
As of January 1, 2026, building and development in the Resort Village will be conducted under new planning bylaws and building bylaw, which are below. All new development and building permit applications will be reviewed through the new bylaws. Any project approved prior to 2026, will be governed by the Official Community Plan and zoning bylaw from the RM of North Qu'Appelle, which appear further below.
